Allison Yan Zhou

I am Allison Yan Zhou, a Virginia notary public associated with Loudoun County Public Library in Leesburg, VA. Through the library, I help community members access limited, free notary services by appointment at participating library branches.

My notary support is designed to be professional, friendly, and convenient for patrons who need documents notarized in a public library setting. Services may include standard notary services and public notary appointments at library branches, subject to branch availability and library procedures.

• Notary services by appointment at library locations
• Support through Loudoun County Public Library
• Certified copy notarization when limited to copies made by library staff

Please note that services are limited and handled according to Loudoun County Public Library guidelines.
