Anthony Osifalujo

I’m Anthony Osifalujo, a mobile Illinois notary based in Deerfield. Through Oceanic Empire LLC, I provide professional signing services with a focus on accuracy, preparation, and a smooth experience for every client.

I am a signing agent certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System program, with experience handling purchase transactions, HELOCs, refinances, and reverse mortgages. I am also a licensed real estate agent, which gives me a clear understanding of how important careful document handling is for all parties involved in a transaction.

I take pride in going above and beyond, reviewing each assignment with attention to detail, and working to help ensure error-free signings. My Illinois notary commission is active through April 20, 2030.
