Armando Nelson

My name is Armando Nelson, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2470915, exp. 11/12/2027) based in Santa Barbara, CA. I work with David A Nelson and provide reliable, detail-oriented notary services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

As a Certified Signing Agent (CSA), I am experienced with a wide range of loan and real estate documents, as well as general notarizations. I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure internet access, allowing me to handle electronic documents and last-minute signings efficiently and professionally.

I understand that some signings require special accommodations, and I am available for both hospital and jail signings in the Santa Barbara area. My goal is to provide a smooth, respectful, and convenient notarization experience wherever you need it.
