I am Art Gabot Madlaing, a California notary public based in San Francisco, CA, and the founder of Mobile Signing Services. I provide friendly, professional support for clients who need mobile signing, public signing, and notarization services, with careful attention to accuracy and document readiness.

My work includes notarizing and assisting with documents commonly needed for use in the Philippines and in Hague Apostille Convention countries. I also provide apostille follow-up assistance to help clients stay organized after notarization.

Documents I commonly support include:

• Affidavits, Special Power of Attorney, and Proof of Life
• Deed of Donation, Deed of Absolute Sale, and Waiver of Rights
• Parental Travel Permit and related personal or legal forms

I offer both mobile and retail notary support with a practical, respectful approach.
