Bella Farooqi

My name is Bella Farooqi, and I am a professional Notary Signing Agent with Notaries on Duty, LLC, proudly serving clients in Goodyear, Arizona and the surrounding areas. I hold an active Arizona notary commission through 2028 and bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy to every signing.

I understand that I am often the last person your customers see at the closing table, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to make each loan signing a smooth, positive, and efficient experience while ensuring all documents are executed correctly and on time.

Key strengths:

• Thorough, precise handling of loan and real estate documents
• Proactive communication to help prevent errors and delays
• Spanish-speaking support for bilingual signers
