Hello, I’m Bernice Petty, an Ohio-licensed notary serving Cleveland Heights, OH through BP 24-7 Mobile Drug Test, LLC. My Ohio notary commission is active through April 6, 2026.

I provide professional, reliable notary support with flexible availability, including 24-hour service for clients who need help outside standard business hours. I assist with general notarizations, CSA-related work, e-sign needs, fingerprinting, hospital signings, and jail signings.

To help appointments run smoothly, I am equipped with email, fax, internet access, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot. I focus on being prepared, courteous, and efficient, whether meeting clients in healthcare facilities, detention settings, or other appropriate locations.
