Biba Lubenski

Hello, I’m Biba Lubenski, an associate broker and notary public with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services in Beaver Falls, PA. From the Chippewa/Beaver Falls office, I serve clients throughout Beaver, Lawrence, and Butler County with a professional, friendly approach.

My notary services are especially helpful for clients who need support with real estate documents, and my background in real estate allows me to understand the importance of accuracy, timing, and clear communication. I also assist with general retail notary needs for individuals and local customers.

I focus on making each appointment straightforward and organized, whether you are handling property-related paperwork or another notarization need. I’m proud to serve the Beaver Falls area and nearby communities with reliable notary support.
