Brad Alstatt

I’m Brad Alstatt, a Texas Notary Public based in McKinney, TX, with nearly four decades of professional experience. My career has been built on reliability, discretion, and sound business judgment, supported by prior Department of Defense and Navy Secret Clearances that reflect a deep commitment to trust, precision, and confidentiality.

My background includes negotiating high-value corporate sales contracts, where attention to detail and integrity are non-negotiable. Now proudly aligned with The Heyl Group at Keller Williams (Texas Real Estate License #814242), I bring hands-on knowledge of real estate transactions, risk management, and financial closings to every signing I handle.

I use modern tools to support smooth, efficient signings, including:

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) services for real estate and loan documents
• Secure document handling via fax, email, and internet
• Laser printing, mobile hotspot access, and e-sign capabilities for flexible, on-the-go service

Texas Notary Commission #135515760 (exp. 05/29/2029).
