Brad Stubblefield

My name is Brad Stubblefield, and I am an experienced Notary Signing Agent with Puget Sound Notary, based in Lynnwood, Washington. Over the past 14+ years, I have completed well over 9,500 notarial assignments, giving me a deep understanding of the signing process and the needs of borrowers, lenders, and title companies. I am commissioned in Washington through 2027 and follow all state requirements and best notary practices.

I focus on building strong, reliable working relationships with lending institutions, title and escrow companies, and signing services. As an independent mobile notary, I provide flexible, accurate mortgage signing solutions and general notary work throughout the Puget Sound area.
