Candice Russell-Vermilyea

My name is Candice Russell-Vermilyea, and I am a certified mobile notary signing agent and owner of CRV Signing, LLC, based in Monument, Colorado. I have 26 years of experience handling a wide range of signings, including purchases, seller packages, first and second mortgages, refinances, split signings, reverse mortgages, auto loans, business inspections, and structured settlements. I also have extensive VA loan experience and can accommodate e-signings and Colorado RON (remote online notarization).

I am diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to representing you professionally in the field. I never leave a signing with incomplete documents and I work hard to build a friendly rapport with every signer while following all pre- and post-closing instructions.
