Carla Denise Dunbar

My name is Carla Denise Dunbar, and I am the owner of Shining C Mobile Notary, proudly serving clients in and around Sparland, Illinois. As an Illinois commissioned notary (commission valid through 2030), I focus on delivering a smooth, reliable, and professional signing experience every time.

I am LSS Certified and committed to prompt communication, on-time appointments, and error-free signings. I understand how critical it is for documents to arrive where they need to be without delay, so I complete scanbacks immediately after each signing and ensure documents are delivered to the proper departure location right away.

You can count on me to represent you and your clients with warmth, care, and professionalism, helping everyone involved shine throughout the process.
