Carlos Carrero

I’m Carlos Carrero, a Florida Notary Public and Certified Notary Signing Agent based in Windermere, FL. I serve Greater Orlando and Central Florida with reliable in-person and remote online notarization support, including service across Orange, Osceola, Polk, Lake, Seminole, and Marion Counties. My Florida notary commission is active through 10/30/2027.

I specialize in real estate and loan signing work, including buyer and seller packages, refinances, and RON appointments. My background in law, tax preparation, mortgage loan origination coursework, and commercial real estate certification helps me approach complex signings with accuracy, clear communication, and secure document handling.

I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish and focus on making each appointment smooth, punctual, and stress-free. I also offer general notarization, e-sign support, hospital and jail signings, fingerprinting, weddings, and flexible availability, including weekends by appointment.
