My name is Carolyn Bloom, and I am a commissioned Texas notary and mobile loan signing agent based in the Houston/Richmond area. I bring over four years of dedicated signing experience and more than 1,000 completed signings, backed by my background as a legal administrative assistant for real estate attorneys handling SBA and commercial real estate loans.

I am NNA Certified, Loan Signing System (LSS) Certified, bonded, and background screened, with $100,000 E&O insurance. I am highly familiar with a wide range of real estate transactions, including refinances, purchases, seller’s and buyer’s packages, loan modifications, and reverse mortgages. I carefully review every document set at least twice to help ensure accuracy and a smooth closing experience.
