Carri Metzger

I’m Carri Metzger, a notary public serving Punta Gorda, FL, North Port, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. As a Realtor, team leader, and mentor with The Metzger Group, Coldwell Banker Realty, I bring a practical understanding of real estate transactions and client service to every appointment.

I can assist with notarizing real estate documents and other notary needs in a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented manner. My background in real estate and retail has helped me develop strong communication skills, careful document handling, and a client-focused approach. Whether you are preparing paperwork for a property transaction or need reliable notary support, I aim to make the process clear, efficient, and comfortable.
