I’m Chandra Hightower, owner of Hightower Signing Services, LLC, a professional loan signing and notary service based in Dayton, Ohio and serving Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Springfield, and Troy. I have been a commissioned Ohio notary (License #2020-RE-816688, exp. 07/06/2030) since 2020, and I’m trained, certified, and background screened through the National Notary Association. I handle a wide range of real estate and loan signings, including buyer/seller packages, purchases, refinances, VA/FHA, construction loans, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and 420-friendly closings. I provide Trust Delivery Agent services for estate planning and probate attorneys, and I’m hired by lenders to perform property inspections as part of the appraisal process. In January 2025, I added asset recovery services, researching and conducting government audits to help clients recover funds.
