Charlotte Horton

My name is Charlotte Horton, and I am a remote online notary and NNA certified loan signing agent based in Livingston, Texas. Through Prestige Notaries of Texas LLC, I provide professional notary support for clients who need accurate, dependable service for both everyday documents and real estate-related signings.

I assist with general notary work, remote online notarization, loan signings, I-9 verification, powers of attorney, jurats, and acknowledgments. I am also available for remote and retail notary needs, helping clients complete documents with care and attention to detail.

My goal is to make the notarization process clear, convenient, and handled with professionalism from start to finish.
