I am experienced with a wide range of real estate and loan documents, including 1st and 2nd mortgages, HELOCs, purchases, and reverse mortgages. I use high-quality dual-tray laser printing to ensure clean, accurate document packages and offer flexible communication options by fax and email.

I am bonded, carry E&O insurance, and have completed an NNA background check. In addition to loan signings, I provide Florida wedding officiant services and notarize wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
