My name is Charo Safford, and I am a commissioned Notary Signing Agent and Lead Consultant based in Oak Park, Illinois. I have participated in more than 2,500 mortgage closings totaling over $300 million in property value, and I bring a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and client convenience to every signing.

I facilitate loan signings by securely couriering documents, collecting and notarizing signatures, and ensuring settlement checks are delivered on time and without error. I have also conducted over 400 Remote Online Notarizations, giving clients added flexibility and convenience. My services often include last-minute and late-evening closings, as well as administrative support such as faxing, emailing, express mailing, and managing invoicing and payments in QuickBooks.
