Cher L. Butler

My name is Cher L. Butler, and I am a Texas commissioned notary based in Hockley, serving clients through my business, On My Way Notary Svcs. I have been a notary for 8 years, including several years notarizing for a major oil and gas company, and my current Texas commission is active through 2026.

Before becoming a loan signing agent, I spent 6 years in mortgage loan processing, working with refinances, purchase loans, deeds in lieu, and commercial loans. This background allows me to understand loan packages from the inside out and to guide signers smoothly and professionally through their documents.

I offer mobile notary services and bring a strong attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and a commitment to punctual, reliable service. I look forward to using my combined notary and mortgage experience to help ensure accurate, efficient signings for every client.
