chermarie thrasher

Hi, I’m Chermarie Thrasher, a Wisconsin-licensed notary serving Milwaukee, WI through Secure Scan. My work is grounded in accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient handling of sensitive records in a secure office environment.

I assist clients with general notarization, document scanning support, background check processing, and fingerprinting services. I also offer mobile notary support when needed, including hospital signings, jail signings, wedding-related services, e-sign coordination, and attorney-related document needs.

Clients can expect organized, detail-focused service and a professional approach to every appointment. I use practical tools such as fax, email, internet access, and a mobile hotspot to help keep the process smooth while protecting private information. My Wisconsin notary commission is active through 11/22/2026.
