Cheryl Curtis

My name is Cheryl Curtis, owner of Curtisy First Notary Services, and I am an NNA-trained, certified, and background-screened Notary Signing Agent and licensed Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) serving Maryland and Virginia. Based in Waldorf, MD, I bring three years of experience and maintain $100,000 in E&O insurance coverage, with no claims filed.

I hold a Certificate of Completion in Notary Practices and Procedures from Prince George’s Community College, where I completed a series of courses focused on the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential to performing both basic and complex notarial duties. This education, combined with my extensive knowledge of settlements, allows me to handle a wide range of signing needs with confidence and care.

I have a passion for details and pride myself on delivering accurate work, a first-rate level of service, and an exceptional experience for every client I serve.
