I hold an active South Dakota notary commission through 2031 and maintain a $100,000 Errors & Omissions insurance policy along with a $5,000 state surety bond. I was originally commissioned as a Mobile Notary Public in California, where I remain active until March 2025 and also hold a California real estate license (currently in inactive status due to relocation).

In 2024, I relocated to South Dakota and renewed my Loan Signing Agent (CSA) qualifications through the National Notary Association (NNA).
