Cheryl Graves

My name is Cheryl Graves, and I am a commissioned Mobile Notary Public and Remote Online Notary / E-Notary (RON) based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I hold an active South Dakota notary commission through 2031 and maintain a $100,000 Errors & Omissions insurance policy along with a $5,000 state surety bond. I was originally commissioned as a Mobile Notary Public in California, where I remain active until March 2025 and also hold a California real estate license (currently in inactive status due to relocation).

In 2024, I relocated to South Dakota and renewed my Loan Signing Agent (CSA) qualifications through the National Notary Association (NNA). I offer both in-person and remote online notarizations, including e-sign and hospital signings, and I am easily reachable by email for scheduling and questions.

I bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. While I never provide legal advice, I make sure every client feels supported, comfortable, and never rushed throughout the notarization process.
