Christen Flores

Hi, I’m Christen Flores, a San Antonio, TX-based notary and Signing Agent licensed in Texas, with my commission active through March 14, 2030. I bring more than five years of hands-on experience with real estate transactions, including buying and selling homes, which has given me a strong understanding of loan documents, closing disclosures, and the overall signing process.

I am NNA Certified and background screened, and I focus on accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I provide general notarization, mobile notary services, hospital signings, and signing agent services in English. My goal is to help each client feel confident, informed, and well supported throughout the appointment.
