Clarice Lee

My name is Clarice Lee, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public based in Gardena, CA (Commission #2338380, exp. 11/23/2024). I have been commissioned since 1990, bringing over twenty years of notarial experience and ten years as a Loan Document Closing Agent. I regularly handle loan signings for escrow, title, and real estate companies throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties, including the South Bay beach communities.

I provide accurate, dependable mobile notary services for a wide range of documents, including affidavits, certifications, durable powers of attorney, wills and living trusts, I-9 certifications, grant and quit claim deeds, DMV and immigration documents, contracts, student housing documents, affidavits of citizenship, background check forms, and bills of sale.

I am equipped with email, internet, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot, and I also offer hospital and jail signings. During end-of-month crunch times, I can FedEx or personally deliver loan packages to local escrow, title, and real estate offices to help ensure timely, error-free closings.
