My name is Clark Madsen, and I am a retired police sergeant and experienced Notary Signing Agent based in Grass Valley, California. For approximately 10 years, I have handled more than a thousand loan signings, including refinances, purchases, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications for a wide range of lenders. I recently relocated to the Grass Valley/Auburn area after many years serving clients in Silicon Valley.

I am a California commissioned notary (current commission through 8/15/2027), NNA-certified Loan Signing Agent, background checked, and carry E&O insurance.
