Claudia Burton

My name is Claudia Burton, and I am a certified, insured mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Broadway, North Carolina, proudly serving Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Moore, Lee, and Wake counties. I began my real estate career in 2016 and have sat at the signing table with every client, so I understand how stressful this part of the process can feel.

My motto is that I bring the HEAT to every appointment: Honesty, Education, Affirmation, and Transparency. I clearly explain what to expect before, during, and after signing to help ensure a smooth, successful transaction. I travel to your preferred location and can assist clients in both English and Spanish.

• Powers of Attorney, living trusts, and legal or financial affidavits
• Business forms, contracts, bills of sale, and car titles
• Parental consent for travel and other general notarizations

I look forward to assisting you with all your signing needs.
