I’m Conner Brown, founder of Caffeinated Closings and a senior closing specialist based in Ramona, CA. I focus on professional notary signing services with an emphasis on smooth, accurate loan document signings.

My work centers on helping clients, signing agents, and closing teams stay organized through important real estate and escrow transactions.
