Corey Harnish

I’m Corey Harnish, owner of Beachside Notary in Apollo Beach, FL. As a Florida-licensed notary, with my commission active through 12/18/2026, I provide dependable mobile notary service throughout Apollo Beach, Hillsborough County, and nearby communities.

I bring more than 26 years of professional experience in real estate, business operations, and customer service, including work as a Realtor, RE/MAX office manager, executive office administrator for property appraisers, and state employee. That background helps me support clients with accuracy, care, and a calm approach.

Through Beachside Notary, I assist with general notarizations, loan signing documents, real estate closings, buyer and seller packages, refinance documents, powers of attorney, wills and trust documents, affidavits, business documents, hospital signings, jail signings, and mobile appointments. I’m bonded, background screened, carry $100,000 E&O insurance, and strive to make every signing smooth, friendly, and stress-free.
