Corin Gomes

My name is Corin Gomes, and I am a California commissioned Notary Public based in Elk Grove (Commission #2472066, exp. 12/12/2027). I bring nearly 15 years of experience working in a real estate broker’s office, giving me a strong understanding of real estate documents, loan packages, and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.

I am trained through the National Notary Association as both a Notary and Notary Signing Agent, and I am comfortable handling a wide range of signings, including more complex real estate and loan transactions.

• NNA-trained Notary Signing Agent (CSA) with laser printer and mobile hotspot for efficient document handling
• Flexible communication and document return options via fax, email, and secure internet access
• Available for specialized services such as hospital signings and fingerprinting

I strive to provide professional, reliable, and convenient notary services to clients throughout Elk Grove and the surrounding areas.
