My name is Cynthia Shaffer, and I am a dedicated Loan Signing Agent and owner of GIF Notary Professionals, LLC, based in Florissant, Missouri. I am commissioned in Missouri through 2027 and bring over thirteen years of experience as a former loan processor and loan closer, including work with Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and Bank of America.

As an NNA member and NSA Certified Signing Agent, I specialize in a wide range of loan products, including Conventional (refinance and purchase), FHA, VA, HELOC, HELOAN, Jumbo, ARM, and Reverse mortgages. I offer flexible, mobile service and will meet clients in their homes or any convenient location.
