Daisy Owens

My name is Daisy Owens, and I am an NNA and LSS-certified Notary Signing Agent based in Antioch, Tennessee. I bring the benefit of decades of experience passed down from a highly skilled mentor through the Loan Signing System, and I apply that training to every appointment I handle.

I understand how critical a flawless signing is for all parties involved. I am meticulous about never missing dates, initials, or signatures, and I carefully guide borrowers through key documents such as the Closing Disclosure, Note, Deed, and Notice of Right to Cancel. I remain impartial while ensuring borrowers clearly understand what they are signing and that all forms are fully and neatly completed, including PCORs, Statements of Information, trust certifications, and disbursement of proceeds.

Capabilities:

• Certified Signing Agent (NNA, LSS, CSA)
• Reliable document handling with laser printing and mobile hotspot
