My name is Dale “Lyn” Jones, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in Arkansas (Commission #12717399, exp. 01/10/2032), proudly serving clients in and around Paris, AR. I was first commissioned in 2008 and recommissioned in 2022. With 3 years of experience as a Certified Signing Agent, I have successfully completed a wide range of assignments, including loan closings, HELOCs, quit claim deeds, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications—without missed signatures or errors to date.

My notary work is grounded in more than 33 years as a federal government accountant and auditor, where I reviewed multi-billion-dollar defense contracts, invoices, and legal documents. This background has made meticulous attention to detail second nature. I am Fidelity approved and a member of the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries.
