Danielle Davis

My name is Danielle Davis, and I am a full-time mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Amelia, Ohio. I have been a commissioned Ohio notary since 2010 and am a certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association. I currently hold an active Ohio commission (License No. 2016-RE-606983, exp. 09/19/2026) and carry $1,000,000 in E&O insurance for your protection.

Over the years, I have successfully completed more than 1,000 signings. My 13 years of experience with a national bank, where I closed hundreds of mortgages and loans, gives me a strong understanding of loan documents and the importance of accuracy and confidentiality.

I take pride in providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and professional, reliable signings. I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure internet access, and I offer flexible mobile services, including hospital signings and e-sign support when permitted.
