David Collins

I’m David Collins, an Elizabethton, TN real estate broker and auctioneer with Collins & Co. Realtors and Auctioneers. My work centers on helping local clients with practical, professional support for real estate, auction, and notary-related needs.

I provide notary services with an understanding of the documents commonly used in real estate and auction settings. Whether a client is handling property paperwork, auction documents, or general retail-related forms, I aim to make the signing process clear, organized, and handled with care.

Collins & Co. is locally associated with real estate and auction services, and the company has publicly promoted notary recognition and services through local reader awards. I bring that same community-focused approach to each appointment: friendly, dependable, and attentive to the details that matter.
