Dawn Goolsby

I'm Dawn Goolsby, a commissioned notary public and Realtor based in Flowood, Mississippi. Through my work with Southern Homes Real Estate, I bring a practical understanding of real estate transactions and the importance of clear, careful document handling.

My notary services include support for loan signings, real estate documents, general notarizations, and retail-related notary needs. I also have notary signing-agent training shown on my public notary profile, which helps me approach signing appointments with professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the process.

I strive to provide a friendly, organized experience for clients who need documents notarized accurately and efficiently. Whether the appointment involves real estate paperwork, a loan signing, or a general notarial act, I focus on being prepared, dependable, and easy to work with.
