I’m Deana (Dee) Lowrance, a full-time Certified Notary Signing Agent and mobile/remote real estate closer based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving clients throughout Maricopa County. I am commissioned in Arizona (Notary #664743, exp. 04/30/2028) and have completed more than 14,000 real estate closings since 2012. I’m Fidelity FNTG approved, RON commissioned, IPEN enabled, Digital Closing Certified, ALTA Best Practices Certified, and backed by $1,000,000 in E&O insurance.

With over 30 years of prior experience as a mortgage fulfillment manager/VP and mortgage loan originator, I bring deep knowledge of underwriting, processing, doc prep, closing, funding, quality control, post-close, and customer service to every signing. I preview all document packages in advance to identify and resolve potential issues, helping ensure accurate, on-time, and seamless closings for Elite/Private Wealth/VIP and reverse mortgage clientele.

My mobile office includes a dual-tray laser printer, copier/scanner, laptop, encrypted email, and mobile hotspot, allowing for last-minute appointments, immediate scanbacks, and document changes at the table. I also offer RON, EscrowTab (IPEN), e-signing support, hospital signings, and fingerprinting as needed.
