Delene Allen

Hello, I’m Delene Allen, a certified notary in Quitman, TX, and the Library & Museum Director at Quitman Public Library. My notary service is available through the library, offering a professional and approachable option for community members who need documents notarized in a familiar public setting.

I bring a service-focused background to each appointment and aim to make the notary process clear, respectful, and efficient. Whether you are visiting the library for routine needs or seeking help with a document that requires notarization, I provide attentive support in a convenient local environment.

Through Quitman Public Library, I’m glad to offer a library-based notary service for residents and visitors in the Quitman area.
