Dena H. Spinks

I’m Dena H. Spinks, an Alabama notary and notary educator based in Hoover, AL. Through Notary Know How, LLC, I provide professional support for individuals and businesses who need dependable general notarizations, as well as practical education for notaries who want to strengthen their understanding of the work.

My background includes notary education, loan signing guidance, and retail-based notary service support. I focus on clear communication, careful document handling, and helping clients feel prepared before the notarization takes place. A third-party notary profile also lists Cullman County as part of my service area.

Whether I am assisting with a general notarization or helping another notary build confidence, my goal is to make the process approachable, organized, and professional.
