My name is Diamela Tamayo, and I am a Florida notary serving Lehigh Acres and surrounding areas. I am licensed in Florida, with my commission active through April 14, 2029. As a certified Notary Signing Agent, I am committed to providing accurate, efficient, and professional notarial services with careful attention to detail.

I have experience handling a wide range of loan documents, including refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, and related signing appointments. I work closely with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, and signing services to help create a smooth signing experience from start to finish.

I offer mobile and retail notary services, including apostille support, powers of attorney, living trusts, affidavits, business forms and contracts, bills of sale or car titles, and parental travel consent documents. I am available 24/7 and can assist clients in Spanish.
