Diana M Tellez Gomez

My name is Diana M. Tellez Gomez, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the state of California, serving clients in and around Ontario, CA 91761. My commission is active through November 20, 2026, and I am committed to providing accurate, efficient, and professional notarial services tailored to your needs.

I work with a wide range of documents, including acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, and other commonly notarized forms. As a bilingual notary (English/Spanish), I am able to clearly explain the notarial process and help ensure that Spanish-speaking signers feel comfortable and informed at every step.

I value punctuality, attention to detail, and a friendly, respectful approach. Whether you are finalizing personal, legal, or financial paperwork, I strive to make the notarization process smooth, convenient, and reliable.
