I have been a professional signing agent for over eight years and am certified by the National Notary Association (NNA). Before becoming a signing agent, I spent more than 20 years in mortgage real estate origination, closing, and servicing, giving me a strong understanding of loan documents and closing requirements.

I am experienced with a wide range of signings, including home equity, refinance, CEMA, loan modification, assumption, purchase, construction, reverse mortgage, REO, trusts, FHA, VA, USDA, deed signings and seller packages, POA, annuity, and general notary work. I cover Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, Wyoming, and southern Erie counties in New York State.

Assignments are negotiated individually, with consideration given to travel distance, type of signing, and volume. I use a laser printer, mobile hotspot, fax, email, and secure internet access to support efficient, accurate signings.
