Donald L Moon

My name is Donald L. Moon, owner of Moon Notary Services in Athens, Georgia. I became a mobile notary and loan signing agent in July 2023, after retiring from a long career in business management and employee training. Since then, I have completed more than 135 signings across Athens, the surrounding counties, Northeast Georgia, and throughout the state. I am a commissioned Georgia Notary Public (Commission No. W-00508958, exp. 05/29/2027).

I am certified through the Georgia Notary exam, the National Notary Association (including NNA Background Screening, Notary Essentials, and Signing Agent certifications), and a Udemy Signing Agent course. I believe preparation is the key to a smooth signing, and I do my best to review documents in advance, flag signatures and initials, and resolve questions before the appointment—while always being ready to adapt when last-minute packages arrive.

Key services and capabilities:

• Certified loan signing agent (NNA & CSA) with laser printing, fax, email, and mobile hotspot
