My name is Donna Askew, and I own Here’s Your Sign Mobile Notary, proudly serving clients in Stuart, Florida and the surrounding areas. I am client-focused and team-oriented, treating your clients with the same courtesy and care I extend to your staff. I’m punctual, polite, and fully prepared, and I carefully triple-check all documents before scanbacks and drop-offs. If an issue ever arises, I take full responsibility and resolve it quickly—no excuses.

I’m fully mobile and equipped with a laser printer, portable scanner with its own power source, and a mobile hotspot to handle documents on the go. I maintain an updated list of FedEx and UPS locations, including final pickup times, for efficient shipping. I am RON-capable and currently awaiting my Florida RON license, with profiles already set up on BlueNotary and Proof.
