My name is Donna Heggs-Jack, and I am the owner of DHJ Notary Services, based in Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania. I have been a commissioned Notary Public in New York State since 1985 and in Pennsylvania since 2022 (PA commission #1427961, exp. 10/10/2026). Building on this long-standing experience, I expanded my services to become a Notary Signing Agent in Pennsylvania.

I am a certified Notary Signing Agent through the National Notary Association (since November 2022) and an active member of both the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and the NNA. I have completed multiple courses focused on the qualifications and best practices of an NSA to ensure accurate, efficient, and professional service on every assignment.

To support my clients and partners, I use a reliable laser printer, secure internet access, and can handle documents via fax and email. I look forward to forming new professional partnerships as I continue to grow my notary business in Pennsylvania.
