DONNA HUBBARD

My name is Donna Hubbard, and I am a California Commissioned Notary Public (Commission #2519770, exp. 06/02/2029) and owner of Donna Hubbard Notary & Loan Signing Services, based in Concord, CA. Since 2011, I have provided professional mobile notary services throughout the Northern California region, traveling to homes, offices, hospitals, jails, and other convenient locations. I regularly serve the City and County of San Francisco, Contra Costa County, and additional Northern California counties upon request.

I am a Certified Signing Agent with extensive loan signing experience, having completed more than 8,500 loan signings, including purchases, refinances, HELOCs, modifications, applications, and reverse mortgages. I use dual-tray HP PCL-compliant laser printers, portable scanners, and a mobile hotspot to handle documents efficiently by courier, mail, email, fax, or secure download. I am bonded for $30,000 and carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance, and I offer flexible, often 24-hour service to meet your signing needs.
