Dora Bethards

I’m Dora Bethards, a Realtor with Platinum Real Estate serving West Des Moines, IA, Waukee, and nearby communities. In addition to real estate services, I offer notary support as a public specialty, with a focus on real estate-related notarizations.

I understand how important clear communication, accuracy, and timing can be during property transactions. My background in real estate helps me bring a practical, detail-oriented approach when assisting clients with documents that may be connected to buying, selling, or other real estate needs.

Services I can help with include:

• Real estate notary support
• Real estate services
• Retail-related notary needs

I aim to provide a professional, friendly experience for individuals, families, and local businesses throughout the West Des Moines and Waukee area.
