Douglas Casady

My name is Douglas Casady, and I am a California Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Orange, CA. After three decades as a masonry contractor in Colorado and California, a work-related injury led me to pursue new ways to serve my community. I transitioned into real estate appraisal, logging over 1,200 trainee hours and more than 400 hours of continuing education, which naturally introduced me to the notary profession.

I received my California Notary Commission (No. 2303851) on September 2, 2019, and I am certified through the National Notary Association, Notary2Pro, and APN & CSA. Through S Clause Notary Services, I provide reliable general notary work and loan signing services throughout the greater Orange County area.

Key capabilities include:

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) with experience in loan and real estate documents
• Secure document handling with laser printing, fax, email, and mobile hotspot
• Support for electronic signatures (E-Sign) where permitted by California law
