Dustin Phillips

My name is Dustin Phillips, and I am a commissioned Kentucky Notary Public (KYNP31062, exp. 06/07/2025) based in Louisville, KY. Through my company, Notary Leaf, I focus on building long-term relationships with mortgage professionals, escrow officers, and title companies as a preferred signing agent.

I understand how critical communication and accuracy are in this industry. I respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts, and if an error occurs, I correct it quickly while keeping you informed from scan-back to mailing. I am familiar with the latest 1003 requirements, the proper completion of the Notice of Right to Cancel using a rescission calendar, and common closing documents, including the PCOR.

I am available for signings outside standard business hours and will travel up to two hours for your clients. I can provide fast scan-backs, hand-deliver documents with receipts when needed, and ensure your borrowers have a clear, professional, and positive signing experience.
