EDDIE WATKINS

My name is Eddie Watkins, and I am an Illinois notary public and certified signing agent based in Chicago, IL. I provide professional notary and signing services throughout Cook, Will, DuPage, and Kankakee counties, with a focus on clear communication, accuracy, and a smooth signing experience.

I assist with a range of real estate and lending documents, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications. I also support retail notary needs for clients who want dependable service from a notary familiar with both general notarizations and loan signing appointments.

Whether I am handling a single notarization or a detailed loan package, I work to keep the process organized, respectful, and efficient from start to finish.
