Elaine S. Jenkins

As the Chief Operating Notary of Notarizesygn Seal, LLC, I partner closely with title companies, lenders, real estate brokers, and agents to facilitate smooth, accurate loan closings. Based in Pikesville, Maryland, I am a commissioned Maryland notary (commission valid through 2026) committed to protecting all parties by verifying identities, preventing fraud, and ensuring documents are completed correctly.

My background as a federal government HR Specialist has given me extensive experience working with detailed forms and complex requirements. I never rush signers, and I always contact the client whenever questions arise so everyone remains informed and comfortable throughout the process.

I serve commercial and private professionals, as well as the general public, as a:

• Remote Online Notary (RON)
• IPEN notary for electronic in-person signings
• Mobile notary and loan signing agent for convenient, on-site service

When you choose Notarizesygn Seal, LLC, you work directly with me, Elaine S. Jenkins—detailed, patient, proficient, and professional.
